Job summary

Stellantis &You UK in Crawley is recruiting a Master Technician at our Fleming Way dealership. You will diagnose complex vehicle systems and perform routine servicing and repairs to the highest standards.

Qualifications

Master Technician role requiring NVQ Level 3 in motor vehicle technology with IMI or City & Guilds recognition.
Experience with diagnostics across vehicle systems and EV/hybrid knowledge is advantageous.
Strong commitment to quality and first-time fixes.

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex vehicle system issues and perform routine service/repairs.
Ensure quality and first-time fix for customers.
Communicate with customers to understand reported issues.
Feedback resolutions to Stellantis technical platforms.
Develop skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV.
Lead by example and mentor colleagues.
Train and assist colleagues with technical tasks.
Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight issues and upsell opportunities.
Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
