Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is recruiting a Diagnostic Technician for our Birmingham Central dealership. You will diagnose complex vehicle systems, perform routine service and repairs, and contribute to high first-time fix rates while engaging with the workshop team and undergoing ongoing training to stay current with vehicle technologies.

Ideal candidates will have an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds Level 3) and, if MOT qualified, benefit from a monthly uplift.

Qualifications

• Diagnose complex vehicle systems across the range of models.
• Complete video vehicle health checks to identify issues and upsell opportunities.
• Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
• Assist and coach colleagues with technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
• Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards.
