Our client in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join a progressive automotive group. You will perform advanced diagnostics, servicing, and complex repairs while mentoring other technicians in a modern, well-equipped workshop.

The role offers ongoing training, a clear progression path within a large group, and a strong bonus potential alongside a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Master Technician (Level 3 IMI or City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostics experience on modern vehicle systems.
• Ability to mentor and lead other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and complex repair work.
• Complete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs to a high standard.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults across various vehicle systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to colleagues.
• Maintain workshop efficiency and productivity.
