Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a valued client in Eastleigh for a Master Technician. You will perform advanced diagnostics and electrical system work, fault finding and servicing across a range of vehicles, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality expectations.

You will also mentor junior technicians, keep accurate service records, and communicate repair needs clearly to customers.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are seeking a skilled professional to join a valued client of ours based in Eastleigh with extensive aftersales, diagnostic, electric, or mechanical experience within the motor trade.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Master Technician:

Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles.

Conduct electrical system repairs and maintenance.

Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards.

Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify and solve complex issues.

Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.

Package:

Basic Salary of up to £45,000!!

Non-shift pattern [45 hours per week] Monday to Friday!

Shift pattern [7:00am – 5:00pm] or [8:00am – 6:00pm] which can be flexible!

Overtime available!!
