Autotech Recruit in Aldershot is seeking a Senior or Master Technician to join a respected independent workshop. You will maintain high technical standards across a varied range of vehicles and support colleagues with expert guidance.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of automotive experience, NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds, a valid MOT Tester qualification, and strong diagnostic skills. Hybrid/EV awareness is a plus, with clear commitment to quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

Senior / Master Technician, Aldershot Area, £40,000 – £50,000 DOE

The Role

As a Senior / Master Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining workshop efficiency and supporting the highest technical standards across a varied range of vehicle makes and models.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard
• Completing MOT testing duties where qualified
• Supporting workshop productivity and technical excellence
• Maintaining accurate job records and workshop documentation
• Assisting colleagues with technical guidance when required
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
• Delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Automotive Technician
• Strong knowledge across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers and models
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
• Current MOT Tester qualification
• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
• Strong mechanical repair experience
• Hybrid and EV experience would be advantageous, although not essential
