Volkswagen Southend is recruiting a Master Technician (Mechanic) to maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. You will inspect vehicles, advise customers, and collaborate with reception and workshop teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role offers uncapped earnings with an £60,000 OTE and a welcome bonus totalling £2,500. A current UK driving license is required, with MOT licence advantageous. 33 days leave and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.
