Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Aberdeen is recruiting a Master Technician for an established automotive dealership. The role focuses on servicing, diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on modern vehicles, with a strong hourly rate and a clear progression path.

You’ll work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with no Saturdays, and there is up to £6,000+ bonus. Previous franchised dealership experience and a Master Technician qualification are preferred, plus a full UK driving licence.

• Master Technician preferred.
• Experience as a Diagnostic Technician will be considered.
• Master Technician qualification from any manufacturer.
• Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and repair complex faults.
• Complete advanced diagnostics and fault finding.
• Work to manufacturer standards with modern diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Provide technical support to the workshop team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're recruiting for an experienced Master Technician to join an established automotive dealership in Aberdeen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong individual who enjoys diagnostics, fault finding and working on modern vehicles, with a strong hourly rate and additional bonus opportunity.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES

• £20-£25 per hour, depending on experience
• Up to £6,000+ bonus
• 45 hours per week

• Ongoing training and development

THE ROLE

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Diagnose and repair complex faults
• Complete advanced diagnostics and fault finding
• Work efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards
• Use modern diagnostic equipment and technical information
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
• Provide technical support to the wider workshop team where required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Master Technician preferred
• Experienced Diagnostic Technicians will also be considered
