Job summary
Perfect Placement is helping a reputable automotive dealership in Ballymena recruit a skilled Master Technician. This permanent role offers a competitive package with a basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus an OTE of about £40,000, and Monday to Friday hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm with no weekend work.
Duties include repairing and servicing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards, carrying out diagnostics and fault finding, inspecting for wear and faults, and
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent in automotive repair.
- Level 4 EV accreditation highly desirable.
- Franchise dealership experience preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own set of essential automotive tools.
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar senior technician role.
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Repair and service of a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Conduct diagnostic checks and fault finding.
- Inspect vehicles for wear and tear or general faults.
- Complete work adhering to DVSA standards.
- Provide high-quality customer service and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate workshop records.
- Assist in mentoring junior staff as required.
