Job summary

Plexus in Kelso, United Kingdom is seeking a Master Scheduler to balance customer expectations with internal goals. The role is based at our Kelso factory with a hybrid model requiring 3 days on-site per week.

Candidates should have a degree with 2+ years in scheduling or supply chain, plus strong Excel/Google Workspace skills and the ability to learn Plexus data tools. UK nationality or vetting clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2+ years of scheduling or supply chain experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel/Word or Google Workspace and able to learn Plexus data tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Master Scheduling & MRP: maintain MPS and run MRP, identify and resolve issues before impact.
• Demand Analysis: partner with Program Management to support inventory control and procurement planning.
• Scenario Modeling: run what-if analyses to assess impact on the unified plan.
• Delivery Risk Escalation: identify and escalate risks to maintain customer service standards.
• Focus Factory Support: own key activities for Focus Factory success.
