Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Management.
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain planning, production control, capacity planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting and anticipating production needs and capabilities.
• Experience balancing day-to-day results with root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP/MRP systems (MM/PP modules).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point with Senior management for communications related to master schedule, on-time delivery, capacity planning, and forecasts.
• Approve customer order changes within MPS lead times; align requirements with manufacturing capabilities and suppliers.
• Create and maintain an integrated master production schedule that balances demand with manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Procurement to develop lead times and standard lot sizes; monitor results and adapt as needed.
• Inform stakeholders of plant constraints and develop plans to meet budgeted, on-time shipments; develop inventory targets and Kanban controls.
