We are now looking for aMaster Data Administratorto oversee the creation and maintenance of the master data for both suppliers and customers, supporting the P2P and Credit Control Teams to ensure contributor, supplier and customer accounts are created on a timely basis.

About the Role:

  • Creation and maintenance of supplier, contributor and customer records
  • Process account changes and credit applications on Oracle
  • Ad hoc changes to master file upon instruction from Credit Control
  • Accurately add all supplier bank details to supplier accounts, both domestic and foreign
  • Own and action four inboxes
  • Processing one time payment requests

About You:

  • Confident dealing with a high volume of administrative tasks and data entry
  • Organised and disciplined approach to workload with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Good understanding of report writing and data analysis
  • Confident working independently with a proactive approach
  • Understanding of the Accounts payable function
  • Experience of Oracle Fusion is desirable but not essential

You'll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase anadditional 5 days. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age).
