Job Title: Mast Mechanical Design Lead

Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on skills and experience

The Radar Systems Engineering team:
The Integrated Mast Mechanical Design Lead is a subject matter expert responsible for the conceptual development of future shipborne mast structures housing radars, sensors, communications, and ship services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career within a global company, with support for learning about cutting-edge radar techniques and increasing responsibilities in technical leadership.
This role supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Our Cowes workplace is accessible via ferry from Southampton, with a shuttle service from the ferry terminal.
