Job summary

Connect2Dudley is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH team in Dudley. You will contribute to safeguarding outcomes, manage caseloads, undertake child protection investigations, and develop care plans with a child-centered approach.

Induction starts with two weeks of in-office training, followed by a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days from home; CVs must show relevant MASH experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant MASH social work experience.
• Ability to manage caseloads and conduct risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of an effective children's social care service with intervention and child protection.
• Carry out high quality assessments using child-centred, community focused, and multi agency interventions to secure best outcomes for children.
• Ensure children and young people are adequately protected in line with local policies and frameworks.
