Job summary

Connect2Dudley is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for MASH to contribute to safeguarding and outcomes for children and young people within a multi-agency framework. You will manage complex caseloads, conduct assessments, and coordinate care planning and court processes.

The role requires attending in-person induction/training for two weeks in the office, followed by a three-days-per-week in the office and two days working from home. CVs must show relevant MASH experience for consideration.

Qualifications

• Experience in MASH or multi-agency safeguarding contexts.
• Ability to complete timely, high-quality child assessments.
• Strong collaboration with partner agencies and court processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of children's social care outcomes via a social work team.
• Carry out high quality assessments, care planning, and child protection investigations.
• Manage a varied caseload with clear reports and progress reviews.
• Attend meetings and work across agency boundaries to safeguard children.
