Paysafe is seeking a MarTech Program Manager to lead transformation and delivery across its marketing technology stack from London, UK. The role focuses on orchestrating a portfolio of strategic initiatives to modernise the marketing technology landscape, consolidate platforms, and enable more intelligent, scalable customer engagement.

You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations, guiding complex programmes spanning marketing automation, website

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing complex technology transformation programmes, preferably within marketing technology, CRM, digital platforms or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including marketing automation, campaign management, customer journeys, digital communications and customer data platforms.
• Experience delivering platform consolidation, application migration, systems integration or legacy technology decommissioning initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic MarTech transformation by coordinating the 2027 transformation portfolio and consolidating platforms.
• Drive end-to-end programme delivery with roadmaps, milestones, budgets and success criteria.
• Deliver measurable business value by reducing costs, improving marketing effectiveness and driving revenue growth.
• Enable cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product and Technology, ensuring clear ownership and governance.
