Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in the United Kingdom is seeking a Marketing Technology Project Leader II for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join the UK & Ireland Project Management Office. You will drive enterprise MarTech initiatives, focusing on Adobe Experience Cloud to deliver personalised, data-driven customer journeys.

You will work across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and external partners, translating goals into tech-enabled solutions and ensuring adoption, business readiness and effective

Qualifications

• Enterprise MarTech platforms within Adobe Experience Cloud experience.
• Experience with AEM, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Analytics, Target or similar.
• CRM, journeys, audience strategy, personalisation and marketing automation.
• Experience across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and external partners.
• MarTech architecture, integrations and customer data platforms knowledge.
• Support implementation through to adoption and handover.
• Introduce external best practice and challenge ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Translate marketing needs into technology-enabled outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage business-facing implementation of enterprise MarTech with Adobe tools.
• Translate marketing goals into practical, tech-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and business teams.
• Shape audience segmentation, personalised journeys and omnichannel delivery.
• Partner with external implementation partners, system integrators and vendors.
• Support business readiness activities including training and handover.
• Bring external best practice to improve campaign effectiveness and speed.
• Work with Project Manager on governance, planning and delivery controls.
