Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking a Marketing Technology Project Leader II to drive the adoption of enterprise MarTech capabilities within the UK & Ireland PMO.

This 12-month contract leads the technology-enabled transformation of customer journeys, personalisation, and campaign automation across Marketing, Digital, and Data teams. You will work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools and external partners to ensure business readiness, adoption, and value realization, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Demonstrated enterprise MarTech delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
• Experience with AEM, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Analytics, Target, and Platform.
• Understanding of CRM, journeys, audience strategy, personalisation and automation.
• Experience working with Marketing, Digital, Tech, Data and external partners in complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage business-facing implementation of MarTech capabilities focusing on Adobe tools.
• Translate marketing goals into practical, tech-enabled solutions and priorities.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Tech, Data and business teams to support adoption.
• Shape audience segmentation, personalised journeys, trigger-based communications and omnichannel delivery.
• Partner with external partners to support delivery.
• Support business readiness including training, hypercare and handover.
