Job summary

Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital marketing and transformation projects for customers and partners, using Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.

You will manage scope, risks, requirements, and delivery from initiation through closing while coordinating with global teams. This remote UK role covers UK&I, Middle East and Africa and may require rare onsite travel to London.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering digital marketing implementation projects.
• Experience with Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions (AEM, AEP).
• Ability to manage large projects across geographies and time zones.
• Strong communication to executives and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies (SCRUM).

The Challenge

The Project Manager will work directly with our customers and system integration partners to initiate and lead their digital marketing and transformation projects using the Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.

Working at multiple levels with the customer, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and work on team staffing. You will coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring to closing.

The role covers the UK&I, Middle East and Africa and is primarily UK based.

What you’ll do

• Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution
• Management of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reporting
• Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing
• Project communication to client and/or partner and internally within organisation
• Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards
• Customer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions
• Work with other teams to provide customer with the One Adobe experience

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background)
• Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions
• Experience in implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign, Commerce
• Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects
• Outstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization.
• Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM
• Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.

Education

Minimum of 6 years project management experience in the industry.
