Job summary

EY is seeking a BMC MarTech Solution Architect to shape the future of EY’s digital, data and marketing technology ecosystem. You will align with data architecture teams to build AI-ready data models and ensure MarTech platforms integrate with enterprise data lakes and CDPs.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and business leaders to define roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures, champion API-first design, and drive scalable, compliant solutions across global teams.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of MarTech ecosystems including CRM, CDP, CMS, automation, analytics, identity & consent.
• Strong architectural modelling capabilities across business, data, application and technology.
• Experience with enterprise data strategy, governance and AI enablement.
• Experience designing integrations across multiple enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the BMC MarTech architecture strategy and vision.
• Define MarTech standards, reusable patterns, and reference architectures.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps with Product Managers and business leaders.
• Translate business needs into future-state capability models and architectures.
• Collaborate across BMC, ET, C&I, Talent, Alumni and Communications.
• Ensure interoperability and shared experience frameworks across functions.
• Promote enterprise platform and standards reuse.
• Produce solution options with costs, risks and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate with Data Architecture to design AI-ready data models and taxonomies.
• Ensure MarTech systems integrate with data lakes, CDPs and analytics platforms.
• Assess emerging technologies and vendor options with PMs.
• Influence investment decisions, business cases and sourcing strategies.
• Support design assurance and governance forums.
• Promote API-first, event-driven, modular architecture principles.
• Champion performance, resilience, observability, accessibility and scalability.
• Communicate complex concepts in business language.
• Serve as trusted advisor on MarTech strategy and platform evolution.
