Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Client Technology Leader to sit at the center of client transformation, guiding technology and AI strategy decisions. You will govern an integrated ecosystem spanning Martech, Data, Cloud, and CRM across CX, Commerce, and CRM, while leading transformation initiatives for both CMO and CTO offices.

You will partner with client CTOs and VP-level stakeholders, own the technical strategy, and drive multi-market delivery programmes that balance brand integrity

Qualifications

• Senior client-facing technical leadership experience at executive level (CTO/Technical Director/Principal Architect or equivalent).
• Deep expertise in martech, experience platforms, cloud, and enterprise-scale integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns and data architecture.
• Proven ability to govern multi-market delivery programmes with brand and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical advisor to client CTO/VP-level stakeholders.
• Own technical strategy and design authority across the engagement.
• Guide architecture of content supply chain, data strategy, and real-time personalization.
• Align paid and owned audiences to enhance channel performance across markets.
• Oversee multi-market, multi-agency delivery ensuring platform coherence and scalability.
