State Street Corporation seeks an AVP of Product Management for Private Markets, owning cross-cutting loan platform capabilities across data, analytics, and automation. You will lead bidirectional integration with external loan platforms and drive scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.

You will partner with CRPM Product, Technology, and Operations to translate complex requirements into deliverable product increments, establish data models, and measure outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with loan products in financial services or fintech, with exposure to private markets.
• Strong understanding of private markets operations across loan asset classes.
• Experience owning platform-level or infrastructure product workstreams with technical complexity.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL pipelines, API design, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with agile development methodologies; proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Productboard.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the roadmap for horizontal platform capabilities supporting private markets loan asset classes.
• Develop understanding of third-party loan platforms and data structures (WSO, Versana, Siepe).
• Translate business and data concepts into clearly defined product, data and engineering requirements.
• Define and drive the CRPM loan data model and taxonomy across entities and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve data quality, efficiency and client experience.
• Lead agile product delivery with prioritized backlog and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define success measures and reporting to track adoption and impact.
• Document target-state integration architecture and roadmap.
