Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic agenda for Markets Post-Trade Technology with senior leadership.
• Translate priorities into a measurable portfolio roadmap and governance cadence.
• Craft executive materials enabling decisions and clarifying trade-offs.
• Maintain end-to-end oversight of milestones, interlocks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with technology, operations and business stakeholders.
• Proactively manage portfolio risks and issues with structured options.
• Support change management and communications for priority initiatives.
• Maintain strategy-to-execution artefacts and dashboards.
• Mentor junior team members in problem-solving and executive communication.
