You will translate complex information into concise narratives, maintain governance, track progress and influence decisions to accelerate valuable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience driving technology strategy and portfolio outcomes, translating priorities into roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, influencing without authority.
• Experience running governance and execution cadence across complex workstreams.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams on readiness and change delivery.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills to frame trade-offs.
• Ability to manage risk, issues, and delivery under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic agenda for Markets Post-Trade Technology in partnership with senior leadership and translate priorities into a measurable roadmap.
• Align senior stakeholders through outcome-based narratives and concise executive materials.
• Maintain portfolio governance and execution cadence with milestones and interlocks.
• Ensure transparency and accountability with senior-ready reporting on progress, risks and actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with technology, operations and business teams.
• Proactively manage portfolio risks and issues with structured options and mitigations.
• Support change management for priority initiatives, including communications and readiness activities.
• Maintain strategy-to-execution artefacts like templates and dashboards for consistency.
• Mentor juniors on structured problem-solving and executive communication.
