Job summary

THG is seeking a Paid Media Manager – Marketplaces (Amazon) to shape marketplace strategies for our leading beauty and wellness brands. You will work with cross-functional teams from our Manchester HQ to drive high-visibility campaigns and optimise listings for maximum ROAS.

The role requires at least 3 years in paid search, with 2 years on marketplaces, and strong analytical skills. You’ll benefit from autonomy, fast progression, and a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid search experience.
• 2+ years focused on marketplaces.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace-specific paid search strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and use advanced bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketplace and Content teams to optimise product listings for greater ad relevance.
• Monitor and refine budgets, ad copy, and targeting to meet ACOS/TACOS targets and revenue goals.
• Analyse performance data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share insights across the Paid Media team.
