THG, a global ecommerce group headquartered in Manchester, is seeking a Paid Media Manager – Marketplaces to drive marketplace strategies for leading brands. You will own Amazon advertising campaigns, perform keyword research, and collaborate with content teams to optimize listings and improve ROAS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with paid search, including 2 years focused on marketplaces.
• Proven proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10 and Pacvue.
• Strong analytical skills, budgeting and reporting on ACOS/ROAS/convertions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace-specific paid search strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and utilise advanced bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketplace and Content teams to optimise product listings for greater ad relevance.
• Monitor and refine budgets, ad copy, and targeting to meet ACOS/TACOS targets and revenue goals.
• Analyse performance data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share insights across the Paid Media team.
