Job summary

The Hut Group (THG) in Manchester seeks a commercially minded Marketplace Manager to lead budget execution across Amazon and other marketplaces. You will own top-line revenue targets, ensure spend stays within budgets, and deliver insights to drive growth and margin control.

You will track KPIs, work cross-functionally, and leverage data to guide high-impact decisions, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Amazon (1P/3P) in FMCG or sports nutrition.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue and budget oversight.
• Comfortable handling large datasets and analytics tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of marketplace budget and spend aligned with revenue goals.
• Drive top-line revenue targets for Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Shape channel strategy with Head of Marketplaces and optimise performance.
• Track TACoS, ROAS and margins; translate data into actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance and product teams.
• Create and present regular performance reports against budget.
