Job summary

Fushi is seeking an experienced Marketplace Operations Coordinator to own Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts and oversee Holland & Barrett, TikTok Shop and Deliveroo. You will manage orders end-to-end, align listings and pricing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and compliance.

You will learn and implement MRP and material planning tasks, coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales and Finance, and assist in moving between Vendor and Seller

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P), including purchase orders, confirmations, shortages and delivery appointments.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (3P), including listings, inventory, orders and account health.
• Experience handling chargebacks, claims and disputes, and working to Amazon and retailer compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis.
• Experience with an ERP or inventory system.
• Experience with Holland & Barrett, TikTok Shop, Deliveroo or similar retailer and marketplace platforms.
• Experience in a purchasing, materials planning, procurement or supply chain coordination role, ideally in FMCG, cosmetics, supplements or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day orders across Amazon Vendor Central, Holland & Barrett, TikTok and Deliveroo, processing them end to end in Odoo and each portal and flagging any stock shortfalls before processing.
• Keep product listings, pricing and availability accurate across all marketplace portals (content and pricing as set by Sales), resolving listing, fulfilment and compliance issues with retail partners and internal teams.
• Help plan and run a potential move from Vendor Central to Seller Central, updating processes and documentation as the model changes.
• Make sure in-house Amazon prep meets current and future compliance requirements, working with the warehouse team and tracking prep costs and materials so prep is never held up.
• Produce regular performance reporting across channels, including sales, fill rates and order accuracy, and share Amazon forecasting insights with the Supply & Demand and Sales teams.
• Identify and dispute chargebacks with Finance, and coordinate returns with the Warehouse and Finance teams so items are correctly restocked or written off.
• Generate material requirements for raw materials, components and packaging from the demand plan, then validate them with the Stock Controller before anything is purchased.
• Raise purchase orders in Odoo in line with approved requirements, lead times and budgets, analysing cost prices and MOQs to recommend the right order quantities and support supplier negotiations.
• Flag shortages, excess or slow-moving stock to the Demand & Supply Manager with recommended actions to protect availability and working capital.
• Chase suppliers for confirmed delivery dates and on-time, in-full deliveries, escape risks early, and keep purchase order and supplier information accurate in Odoo.
• Make sure Production has the right materials ahead of each run, and help resolve shortages and substitutions quickly with the Stock Controller.
• Support the Sales, Finance, Production and Supply & Demand teams with queries, reporting and analysis, flagging risks early and helping improve how we work.
