We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking a Marketplace Manager to own a high-volume Amazon account and expand growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces. You will manage substantial media budgets, optimise campaigns for CPA/ROAS, improve listings and storefronts, and drive customer acquisition and profitability.

The role combines marketplace strategy with performance advertising, data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid London-based role with office presence three days a week.

Competenze

• Experience managing Amazon, TikTok Shop and other online marketplace accounts.
• Experience managing annual media budgets of £500k+ across Amazon Ads, DSP and Prime Video.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon advertising and TikTok Shop Ads.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking & listing optimisation.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to translate metrics into action.

An established electronics company is looking for a Marketplace Manager to take ownership of a high-volume Amazon account and drive growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on sales, customer acquisition and profitability, combining marketplace strategy, performance advertising and data-driven optimisation to unlock the next stage of growth.

With a salary of up to £55,000, a 15% bonus and responsibility for substantial advertising budgets, this role offers the chance to take real ownership of marketplace performance.

The opportunity

• Drive commercial growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, customer acquisition, market share and profitability across multiple marketplaces.
• Maximise advertising performance: Manage £500k+ annual media budgets across Amazon Ads, DSP, Prime Video and TikTok Shop, optimising campaigns against CPA and ROAS targets.
• Improve visibility and conversion: Optimise product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, SEO and creative assets to improve rankings and turn traffic into sales.
• Identify new opportunities: Analyse sales trends, campaign results and marketplace data to uncover opportunities for growth and improved returns.
• Own marketplace performance: Oversee seller accounts, product availability, campaign execution and customer feedback, ensuring a strong customer experience.
• Deliver measurable results: Track key performance indicators and translate insights into actionable strategies that improve commercial performance.

What you'll bring

• At least four years' experience managing Amazon, TikTok Shop and other online marketplace accounts.
• Experience managing annual media budgets of £500k+ across Amazon Ads, DSP and Prime Video.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Amazon advertising, TikTok Shop Ads and marketplace promotional tools.
• A strong understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking algorithms, listing optimisation and conversion.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
