Job summary

Joybuy is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support the growth of its Marketplace (POP) business. You will partner with teams across Business, Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities include building dashboards and regular reviews, monitoring key metrics, and supporting forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Strategy, Marketplace Operations, Consulting, or eCommerce.
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or internet platforms is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills; Python or R is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Marketplace (POP) performance and develop dashboards, reports, and regular reviews.
• Monitor GMV, Orders, Revenue, Merchant Performance, Conversion, Fulfillment, and Customer Experience.
• Identify opportunities and operational issues through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Category, Marketplace Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and Marketing on planning and initiatives.
• Conduct merchant, assortment, pricing, promotion, and category analyses to support decisions.
• Build forecasting models and support annual planning and quarterly business reviews.
• Design and maintain KPIs, reporting frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Support business case development and evaluate post-launch performance.
• Drive automation of reporting and analytical processes and present insights to leadership.
