Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help us understand marketplace health, measure supply and demand, and evaluate product and algorithmic impact. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to derive insights that drive decisions and improve outcomes.

You will analyze experiments, build dashboards, and translate results into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for analysing complex datasets.
• Python experience for analysis and experimentation is beneficial.
• Marketplace/product analytics experience is preferred.
• Experience with metrics like supply-demand, fill rate, time-to-fill.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor metrics for marketplace health.
• Analyse marketplace performance and investigate metric changes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define success metrics.
