Job summary

Lorien in London is seeking a Marketo Technical Lead to own the administration, development and support of our Adobe Marketo Engage platform during a maternity cover. You will sit within a CRM Support team, ensuring Marketo remains secure, reliable and well governed while collaborating with Digital Marketing, CRM and Sales.

This is not a campaign-execution role; focus is on the platform, data and integrations behind it.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Marketo administration experience with a technical background.
• Experience troubleshooting CRM sync and Marketo-Salesforce integration.
• Experience with data management, automation development and lead scoring.
• Experience supporting users through a ticketing system (ServiceNow or similar).
• Good understanding of the lead life cycle and CRM data flows; API familiarity.
• Experience governance, documentation and change management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain technical issues in business language.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day Marketo administration, governance, data hygiene, and monitor database and API limits.
• Build and improve fields, forms, automations and workflows with testing and release processes.
• Own the Marketo-Salesforce integration and troubleshoot sync issues to root cause.
• Support third-party integrations, including LinkedIn and BigQuery.
• Triage and resolve platform incidents via ServiceNow, acting as escalation point for marketing operations.
• Act as the key technical contact for Adobe; raise support tickets and join regular vendor reviews.
• Manage one direct report (people-management experience helpful but not essential).
