You will lead the design, implementation and optimization of Marketo Engage and Leadoo, governing lead management, scoring, segmentation and nurture strategies while driving cross-region engagement. You will architect integrations with CRM platforms and CDPs, deliver campaigns with personalization and analytics, and mentor delivery teams while ensuring scalability
