Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Writing Manager to lead a global internal marketing Writing Team. You will set strategy, govern content practices, and drive SEO/geo impact while leveraging AI and automation tools to deliver customer-centric content.

You will report to the AVP of Marketing Content, Channels, and Operations, managing a high-performance team across worldwide programs and divisions. A strong English communicator with stakeholder experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and content generation practices.
• Familiar with SEO, AEO, GEO best practices.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of writers, editors and terminologists to deliver content on time and budget.
• Define and implement the writing strategy and governance.
• Drive customer-centric content marketing and SEO/geo initiatives.
• Identify AI opportunities and manage tools for enhanced content.
