Job summary

Agilent Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking a Writing Manager to lead the internal marketing Writing Team, shaping content strategy and governance to drive SEO, GEO, and customer-centric storytelling. You will manage a high‑performance team of writers and editors, collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, and implement AI tools to deliver high-quality content and efficient processes.

The role reports to the AVP of Marketing Content, Channels, and Operations and offers a remote-friendly,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent.
8+ years of marketing experience.
1+ years leading people, projects or programs.
Knowledge of AI tools and best practices for content generation.
Awareness of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.
Excellent organization, planning, problem solving and process management/improvement skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple hierarchical levels in an international, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of writers, editors and terminologists.
Manage writing strategy and ensure on-time, on-budget content delivery.
Drive customer-centric content marking and innovative content delivery.
Collaborate with SEO/AEO/GEO experts to optimize content for search and findability.
Assess and manage AI opportunities for writing applications and platforms.
Oversee governance and continuous improvement of content development processes.
