Agilent Technologies is seeking a Writing Manager to lead the internal marketing Writing Team, shaping strategy, governance, and performance of the writing function. You will drive customer-centric content and collaborate with partners to deliver SEO/AI-enabled content across global programs.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, project management, and the ability to engage across management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of related experience in marketing.
• 1+ years experience leading people, projects or programmes.
• Demonstrated management and leadership in implementing strategies, projects and processes.
• Knowledge of AI tools and content generation best practices.
• Awareness of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.
• Excellent organisation, planning, problem solving and process management.
• Ability to collaborate across international, matrixed environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and external vendor relationships.
• Outstanding written and oral English communication skills.
