Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in marketing experience.
• 1+ years leading people, projects or programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing strategies, projects, technologies or processes.
• Knowledge of AI tools and best practices for content generation.
• Awareness of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.
• Excellent organization, planning, problem solving and process management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple levels in a matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and vendor/agency collaboration.
• Ability to handle high pressure and workload.
• Knowledge of Agilent product areas and industry dynamics.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication.
