Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic In-House Marketing Director to join our team, encompassing FaceTherapyNI, Ft Academy, and FT MEDICAL / 545 Training Rooms. As the Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing efforts across various channels, including website maintenance, social media management, graphic design, mailing lists, analytics, campaigns, PR, and overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, website maintenance, graphic design, advertising, and SEO, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels for FaceTherapyNI, Ft Academy, and 545 Training Rooms.
2. Manage and maintain the company websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
3. Oversee social media platforms for FaceTherapyNI, Ft Academy, and 545 Training Rooms, including content creation, community engagement, and advertising campaigns to increase followers and drive traffic.
4. Design captivating graphics, videos, and other visual content for use across various marketing channels, maintaining brand consistency and identity for all brands.
5. Manage mailing lists and email marketing campaigns for FaceTherapyNI, Ft Academy, and 545 Training Rooms, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
6. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance for FaceTherapyNI, Ft Academy, and 545 Training Rooms, identifying trends and optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
7. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to support business objectives for FaceTherapyNI, Ft Academy, and 545 Training Rooms, driving sales and leads.
8. Lead PR efforts, including media relations, press releases, and public appearances to enhance brand visibility and reputation for all brands.
9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all brands.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts for all brands, driving innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a focus on website maintenance, social media management, graphic design, advertising, and SEO.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and draw actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a marketing team or department.
