The Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be very hands-on with supporting our SEO, analytics, market research, AI-driven initiatives, and content efforts. You’ll work alongside senior marketers to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, helping our healthcare clients reach more patients through better visibility and insight.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- SEO & Site Optimisation - Onpage & technical SEO
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO audits
- Implement technical recommendations (meta tags, site structure, internal linking)
- Web Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics, Search Console, and tag-management tools.
- Monitor traffic, engagement and conversion metrics; prepare weekly/monthly report.s
- Market Research
- Analyse competitor activity, local market trends (with initial focus on Warsaw/Poland)
- Summarise findings and recommend actionable insights
- Content Support
- Draft blog posts, social media updates, e-newsletters and ad copy
- Collaborate with designers to create simple graphics
- Paid Advertising Assistance
- Help set up and monitor Google Ads and social media ad campaigns
- Track budgets, bids and ad performance
- AI-Powered Tools & Initiatives
- Research and test AI tools (e.g. GPT-powered content assistants, AI SEO helpers)
- Collaborate on integrating AI into workflows to boost efficiency and creativity.
What we are looking for:
Must-have:
- Native-level English: excellent written and spoken skills
- Hands-on familiarity with SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO)
- Experience with Google Analytics (4), Google Tag Manager and data-driven reporting
- Solid research skills and the ability to summarise insights clearly
- Strong communication and time-management skills—able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business or related)
Nice-to-have:
- Previous exposure to healthcare or B2B marketing
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging marketing technologies
- Experience experimenting with AI-powered content or analytics tools
