As we continue our rapid expansion, we're looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy during a key maternity leave period.

The Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role within our marketing team. You'll take the reins of our content strategy, ensuring it delivers impact, supports brand objectives, and enhances engagement across multiple channels.

You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced while mentoring a high-performing team and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the firm's content strategy, aligned to our business growth priorities and sector plans
• Budget responsibility with monthly KPI reporting
• Own the editorial calendar ensuring consistent, high-quality, on-brand content across digital and offline platforms
• Collaborate with Partners and subject matter experts to uncover compelling stories and thought leadership
• Manage a small team of marketeers and external agencies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role - ideally within professional services or a similar environment
• Expertise in content strategy development and execution
• Excellent storytelling skills, with a flair for translating technical insight into engaging narratives
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• A confident self-starter with commercial awareness and the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
