Lime is seeking a Marketing Science Manager (Marketing Scientist) to bridge advanced data science with impactful marketing strategy. In this remote UK role, you will analyze user behavior, build attribution and lifecycle models, and translate findings into campaigns that measurably drive growth and CAC/LTV optimization.

You will work on CRM architecture, MarTech platforms (Braze, Appsflyer), and data-driven experiments, partnering with business leaders to set KPIs and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing analytics translating business challenges into data solutions.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python and ML concepts for model building.
