Silverdrum is seeking a Senior Marketing Scientist to lead Marketing Mix Modelling projects in London. You will oversee client-facing analytics, guide analysts, and translate complex results into strategic recommendations that drive business growth.

The role focuses on owning client relationships, delivering high-impact insights, and coaching the team to develop new analytical approaches in a hybrid London setup.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and econometric modelling.
• Proven track record leading small analytical teams and delivering projects.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear, persuasive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Marketing Mix Modelling projects from the initial business question through to actionable recommendations.
• Lead Analysts and Senior Analysts, maintaining high modelling standards and client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and improve team solutions.
