Job summary

Entain Group is seeking a lead Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) expert in London to own and optimise MMM across UK&I brands. You will design data pipelines, run advanced econometric models and deliver actionable budget allocations and media planning recommendations.

You will collaborate with marketing, finance and external media agencies, drive experimentation, and present insights to senior stakeholders. Hybrid working in London is offered with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building and running MMMs end to end in a commercial setting.
• Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in R or Python with econometric techniques, time-series analysis and regression.
• Strong SQL and data pipelines experience with large datasets.
• Able to explain econometric concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Gambling industry or similar.
• Experience with media agencies, marketing and finance teams.
• Experience combining MMM with experiments (geo/holdout) or attribution.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning in econometrics.

Responsibilities

• Own UK&I MMM end to end, design and refine methodology across brands and customer lifecycle.
• Manage data pipelines feeding the MMM, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Validate model outputs and stress test results before decisions.
• Translate model outputs into budget allocation and media planning recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and media agency to embed MMM into planning and budgeting.
• Coordinate testing with media agency and experiments to inform MMM and experiments.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders in clear, non-technical terms.
• Act as MMM methodology expert, keeping up with new methods.
