Job Description

Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term position covering maternity leave.

We are looking for a Home Brands Marketing & PR Officer to join our marketing team at our brand new fully managed office in Alfred Place. This role involves working closely with the Home Brands at NEXT marketing team to coordinate and implement marketing strategies that enhance awareness and boost sales for the home brands at NEXT product lines.

The role will also support the existing PR team in PR initiatives for home brands, including event planning and participation, press and influencer relations, product coordination, and reporting to stakeholders.

About The Role

Home Brands Marketing Account Management:

• Support the Senior Brand PR & Influencer Officer in managing the Home License brands accounts and relationships, ensuring timely updates, regular reporting of marketing activity/support, and collaboration on initiatives.
• Stay up to date on upcoming brand and range launches; coordinate cross-channel meetings with internal stakeholders and brand partners.

Campaigns / Awareness and Project Management:

• Support the coordination and delivery of marketing activation projects, from concept to execution and reporting.
• Assist in in-store activations and the creation of POS and printed materials for Home Brands.

PR - Press / Media Relations:

• Work with teams to create press materials and ensure timely promotion of new products and trends to press.
• Support in increasing media coverage and consumer awareness using proven and new methods.

PR - Influencer Relations:

• Assist in managing influencer campaigns within set budgets and provide feedback on content.
• Support product coordination and gifting, including liaising for bespoke influencer mailouts.

PR - Events:

• Coordinate product logistics for press days and events, ensuring timely delivery of products and props.

PR - Coverage Tracking & Reporting:

• Input coverage data into PR reports, monitor coverage using Meltwater & Readly, and share performance insights.
