Hiring: Marketing Operations Manager

Remote | Full-time | High-growth startup

We’re looking for a sharp, agile-minded Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a fast-moving, creative marketing team. This is a hybrid role - part asset production lead, part marketing ops strategist - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution.

You’ll:

• Own end-to-end marketing workflow across design, content, and channels using Jira.
• Align closely with Product Ops to embed Agile practices into marketing delivery.
• Balance short-term production priorities with long-term operational improvement.
• Be a producer with exposure to Agile environments and a love of systems.
• Be an ops expert who collaborates with creative teams and knows how to keep them humming.
• Be a fast learner, fluent in tools, workflows, and proactive process design (bonus if you're into AI or team topologies!).
