Job summary

The Real Live Leisure Company’s Lakes Aquarium seeks a proactive marketing and admin assistant to support membership programmes, social media, and events. You will process Annual Pass renewals, maintain contact lists, and help promote venue attractions to schools, clubs, and local partners.

Responsibilities

• Process new and renewal Annual Pass memberships and input details onto the till
• Assist in implementing Annual Pass strategy, promotions, and external partnerships
• Schedule weekly social media posts with accurate information and captions
• Create engaging content with high-quality images/videos to attract customers
• Coordinate promotions with local tourist information centres, attractions, hotels, and coach operators
• Support on-site PR events, media visits, and photography sessions
• Maintain up-to-date visitor databases and e-marketing lists
• Provide general admin duties and handle postal/telephone enquiries
