Job summary

Flow Student is a brand-new student accommodation provider rapidly expanding its portfolio. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to translate strategy into organised, timely campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact across the portfolio.

You will own multi-channel campaigns, manage external agencies, oversee CRM and email activity in HubSpot, guide content and pricing accuracy, and collaborate with property teams to drive occupancy and brand growth.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience working in marketing with responsibility for planning and delivering campaigns.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across channels and aligning delivery with commercial objectives.
• Strong written English and stakeholder-management skills.
• Creative, audience-focused mindset with commercial awareness.
• Experience in email marketing and CRM, paid media, SEO or social media.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve activity.
• Attention to pricing, offers, dates and booking information across touchpoints.
• Strong project-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across the Flow Student portfolio from planning to delivery, evaluation and optimisation.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers, providing briefs and overseeing output quality including SEO and paid media.
• Plan and oversee integrated campaigns across paid social, search, email, organic social, websites and print.
• Develop and manage marketing plans for key booking periods, aligning with occupancy targets.
• Oversee brand messaging and content quality across email, web, social, listings and sales materials.
• Ensure accuracy of property marketing information across all touchpoints.
• Plan CRM and email activity with HubSpot, including segmentation, testing and reporting.
• Oversee website content and optimisation to improve conversion rates.
• Develop clear, commercially-focused campaign briefs covering audience, objectives, messaging and budget.
• Oversee creative production with designers and agencies to meet deadlines.
