Bibby Financial Services is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover in Banbury. You will lead the introducer channel marketing plans and support strategic partnerships across UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

The role focuses on delivering annual plans, managing budgets, partnering with sales, and driving targeted campaigns. A proven B2B marketing background, events coordination, and partner engagement experience are key; you’ll join a values-driven team within Bibby Line

Qualifications

Proven experience in Marketing.
Experience in B2B marketing and partnerships.
Event coordination experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver annual marketing plans for the introducer channel.
Support communications to prospective strategic partners and campaigns to partners' client bases.
Manage introducer marketing budget within approved limits.
Build introducer segmentation for targeted messages and channels.
Analyze channel performance to refine plans and activity.
Collaborate with marketing to improve content and timing of activity.
Apply test-and-learn approaches guided by partner needs and market insights.
Support brand work to strengthen partnerships.
