The role focuses on delivering annual plans, managing budgets, partnering with sales, and driving targeted campaigns. A proven B2B marketing background, events coordination, and partner engagement experience are key; you’ll join a values-driven team within Bibby Line

Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) - Banbury: £45,000 - £60,000pa plus Performance Bonus & Benefits.

Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-Month fixed term maternity cover starting in February 2027. Working within the UK Marketing team and as part of the regional North West Europe team (comprising UK, Ireland and Netherlands), the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing plans to engage and grow our Introducer channel and for providing support, as needed, with the development of key strategic partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing plans for the introducer channel in line with agreed spend and business targets
• Supporting with communication to prospective strategic partners and any marketing campaigns to the partner’s client base once the partnership is agreed.
• Manage the Introducer marketing budget to ensure that spend is deployed effectively and within agreed limits
• Build out the introducer segmentation to enable a more targeted approach (messages/channels) based on the needs and expectations of the segment
• Regularly analyse the performance of both the channel as a whole and any marketing activities undertaken within it, to inform future activity development and refinement of plans.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that we drive efficiencies in content and timing of activity across channels
• Adopt a continuous test and learn methodology in activity development, underpinned by a strong understanding of both the needs of our partners and market insight
• Work with the brand team to ensure that the brand is developed to best support existing and new partnerships

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience within Marketing.
• Exposure in working with sales teams to develop marketing activity
• Background in coordinating events
• Marketing experience within a B2B environment
• Know-how of building partner engagement programmes to intermediaries/affiliates
• Knowledge and understanding of Invoice Finance, Foreign Exchange and Asset Based Lending would be advantageous
