The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing activities to support Shanghai Me London, creating content and social media calendars, supporting event execution, overseeing digital campaigns, liaising with the brand and operations teams, developing brand collateral, managing social media and external agencies, and reporting on performance. The role requires 4-5 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably within the F&B industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. A background in hospitality/F&B and understanding of the London F&B scene are preferred. Skills in content creation, digital marketing, event management, budgeting, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and Canva are essential.
