Source Acoustics in Brighton is seeking a Marketing Manager on a freelance, part-time basis to shape the identity of a new club music event and lead on marketing across strategy, content creation, digital and physical promotion. This role is ideal for someone living in or near Brighton.

This is a freelance, part-time role working from home with occasional in-person meetings and site visits. A competitive day rate applies, with scope for additional commission on ticket sales.

We’re launching a new party for forward-thinking club music in Brighton. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join from the start.

You’ll help shape the identity of the party before taking a lead on marketing: including strategy, content creation, digital and physical promotion.

This will be an ideal part-time job for the right music industry freelancer, living in or near Brighton.

Responsibilities

• Working with the team to give input on the identity & brand.
• Creating and managing a social media presence for the brand.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns for each party, taking the lead on driving ticket sales via online platforms.

Essential

• Passion for and engagement with electronic music and UK club culture.
• Understanding of how club events operate.
• Desire to grow your experience within the industry.

Desirable

• Experience promoting and/or marketing independent club events.
• Design, editing and content creation skills.

This is a freelance role working on an event-by-event basis. You will be paid a competitive day rate, based on experience, with scope for an additional commission on ticket sales.

This is a working from home role, with some in-person meetings and site visits. We can consider applicants that are an easy commute from Brighton.
